Found this store from an advertisement on Marketplace searching for mattresses. From the outside the location doesn't look like much but the inside is larger than expected and well laid out. They have good quality brands, inventory readily available, and at prices no other box store could come close to. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable on products, quick to complete the order, answered all questions we had, and not pushy.Purchased a king Beautyrest Black mattress with bed liner. Had to delay the delivery date ten days which they were able to easily reschedule. Delivery was on time, quick, with the correct mattress.Definitely recommend and will come back when the next mattress replacement is neeeded.

I first met victor on fb marketplace marketing some of the furniture I was interested in. After making an appointment with him at his location I was pleasantly surprised at all the other inventory available. Initially I only wanted to buy a 6 piece modular cloud sectional and ended up buying a new mattress and a king bedroom set along side the sectional!! Victor was very transparent with suggestions with what I was trying to accomplish and very accommodating with my budget. This was hands down the most seamless furniture buying process I’ve ever had. The cherry on top is the professional deliver/movers, I received all my furniture 3 days later all packages and assembled properly not a missing or damaged piece of furniture. The movers were all very professional and courteous and made sure I was happy before I left.If you’re shopping for furniture don’t hesitate to reach out to Victor!

Christa is super helpful and friendly! She utilized lots of information to select the right bed options for us such as our body types, sleeping position, and temperature preferences. There were many different mattress options so we could easily compare. We couldn't decide between two mattresses that we liked, but Christa assured us we could try it for a while and exchange if we didn't love it. After a week with the mattress we selected, we decided we wanted the slightly softer version. We called Christa and she helped arrange pickup of the current mattress and delivery of the new one with no questions asked. Now we sleep wonderfully. Best mattress buying experience we've ever had! I cannot say enough good things about Christa I was in the market for a mattress and I don’t like pushy sales people which prompted me to visit multiple stores as I don’t like being pressured Christa was everything I needed! Insightful, helpful, relatable and beyond pleasant! I was able to get a brand new mattress, box spring, protector, sheets, pillows and delivery for a VERY reasonable price. Wow what a great experience. Christa is amazing!! She had the exact mattress I wanted in stock at a great price. She even gave me a great deal on an awesome set of pillows and a mattress protector. I feel terrible, but she stayed late because my cell took a little longer because I’m so picky and wanted to try all of the different mattresses but she was very patient and professional with me the entire time she explained the warranty process and her satisfaction guarantee, I am super excited to sleep on my new Tempur-pedic king mattress. After checking many other furniture galleries, I found the best quality and deals here at Tampa Bay Furniture and Mattress. I found the perfect couch/loveseat combination and mattress/boxspring/bed frame. I was able to purchase all of the above for less than I would have paid for just the couch/loveseat at the big box retailers I checked out. Made a U turn when I spotted the 66th street store location .As most interior designers will agree, dealing with incredibly long Lead times from many of the high end furniture stores nationwide, has been one of the most challenging debacles in this business and often times resulting in very frustrated customers.My client and I went into the 66th street location unplanned where we were immediately greeted by a very upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable gal by the name of Christa ! She sat us down in the front office and went over the design plan and the budget. She then walked us through the showroom, giving us her undivided attention! Excellent experience! I bought the Tempur Pedic Proadapt mattress. The sales representative was super knowledgeable and was able to set everything up over the phone so there was no need to go to the store. I received my mattress two days later. Delivery was professional, fast and punctual. The mattress was sealed in plastic. Moreover, the price was exceptional! I’ve been sleeping soundly ever since!

UPDATE 8/15/22:After I received the mattress I initially ordered, I realized I received a medium mattress rather than the plush requested. This was due to a mislabeling issue at the warehouse. I then contacted Christa and she was more than accommodating. She offered me a MAJOR upgrade to a Serta Arctic mattress since a Serta IComfort plush was not available. Wow...super impressed! In spite of the mix-up, I'm so glad I ended up with this mattress instead. Christa is always readily available to handle any issues that may arise, and she made sure to have the delivery/setup done when I was in town.It was by random chance that I found this store while searching online. I had been mattress shopping for a couple of weeks, but prices were above my budget for what I wanted. I spoke with Christa and she had my dream mattress in stock for half the price. The whole process was becoming frustrating until last Wednesday when I found this place and walked in 30 minutes before close. I immediately found the mattress I had fallen in love with at Mattress Firm and was giddy when I realized it was half the price (just everyday regular price) than even Mattress Firm’s Memorial Day discount. I also found out I’d have it delivered in less than 48 hours whereas MF had told me they were backed up and I’d have to wait 30+ days for delivery. The payment process was so fast and easy I was telling myself this was all too good to be true. The next day, I get a phone call saying that they’re out of Queens in the style I wanted and they’d upgrade me to a King for free. The delivery guys were right on time, quick, moved my old bed into my guest room, gave me a free mattress protector and put it on my new bed. I’m in love with my new bed and am still in shock at how easy this process was. I feel like I should go back in and offer to pay more money lol. Thankyou so much!! I will recommend this place to everyone I know looking for a mattress.

Victor honors his word and sells quality products. I originally bought a Beauty Rest Black L-Series from Victor, made 6/19 and my back ached constantly. I paid 1600 dollars for a mattress that retails on sale for 3700. He gave me an excellent deal on a trade in from my old queen sized adjustable base to one for my new king. Victor went out of his way for me and performed a 75 dollar comfort exchange to a Sterns and Foster mattress similar to what I requested. This mattress was dated as made on 7/19 on the Law tag. These closeout deals he gets are awesome. Thanks Victor.

I have been searching for mattress for my house and went to Ashley Furniture and got robbed so I was skeptical going to another company. I’ll tell you right now that my skepticism for this company is gone. From walking in the door I was greeted and not pressured or hassled to purchase anything. It was definitely a welcoming environment. The owner, victor was explaining the differences between all the mattresses and provided his knowledge and experience to try and make the best decision. The main reason I went in store was to try out a mattress. They have a great store warranty for the mattress I purchased. If I had more bedrooms that needed mattresses, this will be the first place I go back to. It was a hassle free experience.

I had very good service when I went into Tampa Bay Mattress. She was not pushy, asked me questions regarding the of the mattress I was looking for, and picked out the one that best fit me. It just happened to be the one that was on sale that I bought. The deliverers were very kind and helpful of taking care of the mattress that was delivered.

Very easy to work with. Victor was very friendly and helpful Delivery gentlemen professional and courteous. Seriously discounted price on a top of the line Stearns & Foster mattress; although no manufacturer warranty they do provide a decent store warranty. I've never made a claim on a mattress warranty before anyway, so for me the low price very much worth the trade off. Will certainly contact them again when we need another mattress

Tampa Bay Mattresses was so helpful and gave us a great price on our box spring. We also looked at a few mattresses which were all excellent quality. This is exactly the kind of business I want to shop at. Family owned, great customer service, helpful and not too pushy, excellent prices. I am extremely pleased!!! My experience with the owner from the start was extremely pleasant. He's very knowledgeable, he wasn't trying to sell me everything in the store like most furniture stores. He didn't pressure me to buy anything. He gave me info about almost every bed. He made me feel extremely comfortable and let me make my own choices rather as a consumer. His prices are amazing! I purchased a latex mattress from Tampa Bay Mattresses, and have been very satisfied. I've had the bed for a few weeks and I'm getting great sleep. Also, the staff and customer service have been terrific There is a relaxed and no pressure sales environment. The store offers a free comfort adjustment (they do charge for delivery), which I took advantage of to get a slightly softer bed. The mattresses can be pricey, though not overly so, and the mattresses are a great value.

I bought my Meditation mattress from Tampa Bay Mattresses over 2 years ago. I am pleased to report that it is just as comfy as when I bought it. Can't wait to climb into it and don't want to crawl out of it in the morning. They were so patient and informative. I tried every bed in every natural mattress store in the east bay and nothing came close to comparing to this one. My kitties love it too. Thank you guys!!

We love our organic mattress from the Tampa Bay Mattresses. Staff are very helpful. We had to take back the latex topper several times to get the right soft/firmness for each side of the bed (hubby and me need different toppers). They were courteous and helpful. We sleep well now. Highly recommend!
